Our La Brunie
La Brunie is our standard ham. It is made according to traditional methods: hand-moulded and cooked at a low temperature for a long time to preserve its soft flesh. It is then smoked and browned with its caramelised rind to give it a beautiful colour and a unique flavour.
Either thinly or thickly sliced, have fun preparing great dishes!

Pork ham* (70%), water, glucose syrup, salt, stabilisers : E450 – E451, flavourings, gelling agents : E407 – E415, antioxidant :
sodium erythorbate, preservative : sodium nitrite, surface dyes : caramelized sugar, caramel E150D.
