The “Le Ménage” dried sausage is the perfect everyday sausage.
A traditional, country style sausage, with wide slices and large chunks of meat. This is a premium quality sausage that is matured in its natural casing over a long period of time to obtain the desired tender texture.
If you prefer a finer cut charcuterie, we recommend that you try our “Rosette” or our “Pavé nature”.
Ingredients
Pork meat*, salt, LACTOSE, sugar, spices and aromatic plant, maturation ferments, antioxidant : sodium erythorbate, preservative : potassium nitrate. Natural pork casing. Surface colouring : calcium carbonate.
