This cooked sausage with its attractive scent of garlic, is a typical product of the French charcuterie.

Made of French pork meat and fresh garlic, the sausage is then cased and baked in the oven.

Delicious with a salad, in a sandwich or with steamed potatoes, it can also be served with sauerkraut.
