Our smoked garlic cooked sausage

This cooked sausage, with its irresistible garlic aroma, is a typical product of the French charcuterie.

Made of French pork meat and fresh garlic, the sausage is cased to be baked in the oven and then smoked for a few hours.

Perfect in sauerkraut, with lentils or even a French Cassoulet, it can be served with a simple salad or a slice of buttered bread.

Also exist non-smocked.
