Have you ever experienced a French “apéro” with Saucisson, cornichons and local red wine ? Our Saucisson Sec will take you back to this gastronomic delight.
Our dry sausage is inherited from traditional French charcutier know-how, made of generous pieces of pork meat combined with subtle seasoning which is kept secret.
It is then dried slowly for several weeks to develop its savouriness.
Its short and thick shape, so typical of traditional French countryside sausages, will give you large, soft slices for an enjoyable tasting experience.
Ingredients
Pork meat*, salt, LACTOSE, spices, sugar, dextrose, garlic, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservatives: potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite, ferments.
