Le Signet Blanc is a superior ham with rind.
Like all traditional Jean Caby hams, it is hand-moulded and cooked at a low temperature for many hours to preserve the meat’s softness.
In thin or thick slices, you can use it to make delicious Cantonese rice recipes, savory cakes, salads and so many more.
Also available in a smoked version.
