Our Signet Fumé

Le Signet Fumé is a superior cooked ham with rind.

This traditional, hand-moulded ham is cooked at a low temperature for many hours to keep the meat soft. Another couple of hours in the smoking chamber gives it that specific taste.

Either in thin or thick slices, you can use it in delicious recipes like quiches, savory cakes, salads and so many others!

Also available in unsmoked.
