Ingredients
Pork meat, salt, LACTOSE, sugar, red wine, spices and aromatic plant, antioxidant : sodium erythorbate, preservative : potassium nitrate, maturation ferments. Coating: pepper (2,9%), jelly (pork gelatin, dextrose, salt, gelling agent : carrageenans, preservative : potassium sorbate), glycerin.
