Our “Pavé in pepper coating” is a typical French dried sausage. It comes from an ancient hand crafted recipe, rich in finely chopped and delicately spiced lean meat.

You will be delighted by its unique tender texture, the result of a slow and regular maturing process.
Its pepper coating gives it immense character.

When finely cut, its generous slices will enhance the appearance of your charcuterie platters.

Perfect as an aperitif, for a buffet or as a snack to fill a little peckish!

Pork meat, salt, LACTOSE, sugar, red wine, spices and aromatic plant, antioxidant : sodium erythorbate, preservative : potassium nitrate, maturation ferments. Coating: pepper (2,9%), jelly (pork gelatin, dextrose, salt, gelling agent : carrageenans, preservative : potassium sorbate), glycerin.
