Lower in fat and in calories, these sausages are an excellent alternative to the pork version and they keep their irresistible smoky taste.
For children under 4 years old, cut the sausages lengthwise and then into very small pieces to prevent the risk of choking.

Poultry meat* (57%), mechanically separated poultry meat*, water, poultry fat*, pea protein, natural flavouring, salt, poultry skin*, spices, spice extract, dextrose, acidifier : sodium citrate, antioxidant : sodium erythorbate, coloring : paprika extract, preservative :sodium nitrite, smoke flavouring.
Smoked with beech wood chips.
