Our liver cream with green pepper

Our liver cream has a smooth, melt-in-the-mouth texture, pleasantly enhanced by green peppercorns for a taste experience that pepper lovers will appreciate.

Produced according to an ancestral recipe, our liver cream is distinguished by its subtle taste, its traditional white bard and it is so easy to slice !

Its half-moon shape and its beautiful golden jelly sprinkled with green peppercorns highlight the softness of the cream.

To be enjoyed with crusty bread or on crackers, famous!

Coating: Reconstituted bard (fat emulsion and pork protein (water, fat and pork proteins), gelling : E401, salt, vinegar), jelly (water, pork gelatin, salt, colouring : E150a), green pepper.
