“Le Bridé” is a top quality dried sausage, made from more than 80% lean meat.
Its name comes from the filet in which it is dried and which gives it this “bridled” look.
It is matured in natural casing for several weeks to obtain a sausage dried at core while maintaining a tender texture throughout the slice.
“Le Bridé” is an excellent country style dried sausage, with its rustic charm, wide slice format and beautiful marks of meat, as enjoyed by our forefathers.
Its name comes from the traditional net in which it is dried and which gives it this very particular appearance.
Another rustic dried sausage to try is “Le Ménage” with its smaller slice format, or “La Rosette” if you prefer a sausage made from finer chopped meat.
Ingredients
Pork meat*, salt, LACTOSE, sugar, spices and aromatic plant, maturation ferments, antioxidant : sodium erythorbate, conservative : potassium nitrate.
Natural pork casing. Surface colouring : calcium carbonate.
