Our Superior Country style Pâté with Green Pepper

Enjoy the good taste of our traditional country-style pâté, enhanced by green peppercorns.

This pâté is made with quality ingredients according to a traditional recipe. Its generous pieces of meat give it that appetizing rustic look and its unique seasoning makes all the difference.
Slow cooking in the oven in its terrine gives it a firm texture and a beautiful golden crust.

To be served on fresh bread, accompanied by a salad, or for sandwichs.

Also available without green peppercorns.

Pork liver, pork fat, pork throat, water, pork rind, EGG white, onions, WHEAT flour, green pepper (1,9%), salt, potato starch, spices, sugar, dextrose, preservative : sodium nitrite.

Decoration: Caul fat, jelly (water, jelly, salt, setting agent : E407, firming agent : E508, glucose syrup, preservative : E202, colouring : E150a), colouring : E150a, green pepper.

Traces of MILK, NUTS.
