Its half-moon shape and its beautiful golden jelly sprinkled with green peppercorns highlight the softness of the cream.

Pork fat, pork liver (24%), water, white EGGS, onions, potatoes starch, salt, MILK powder, green pepper (0,39%), white pepper, antioxidant : E316, preservative : E250.
Coating: Reconstituted bard (fat emulsion and pork protein (water, fat and pork proteins), gelling : E401, salt, preservative : E267), jelly (water, pork gelatin, salt, colouring : E150a), green pepper.
