Our Liver Cream with Herbs of Provence

The Provençal herbs give our liver cream a new and very pleasant flavour, which you must discover!

This liver cream has a smooth and melting texture in the mouth.
Its half moon shape highlights the delicacy of the preparation.
Its beautiful golden jelly sprinkled with Provençal herbs also brings out its colour.

Produced according to a traditional recipe, with a traditional white bard, our liver cream is distinguished by its subtle taste and its great appearance: it is also easy to slice.

To be enjoyed with crusty bread or on crakers, famous!

Also available with green peppercorns or plain.

Pork fat, pork liver (24%), water, white EGGS, onions, potatoes starch, salt, MILK powder, WHEAT flour, provencal
herbs (0,4%) (EU and non-EU), pepper, antioxidant : E316, preservative : E250.
Coating: Jelly (water, pork gelatin, salt, colouring : E150a), reconstituted bard (fat emulsion and pork protein (water,
fat and pork proteins), gelling : E401, salt, vinegar), provencal herbs.
