Its half moon shape highlights the delicacy of the preparation.
Its beautiful golden jelly sprinkled with Provençal herbs also brings out its colour.
Produced according to a traditional recipe, with a traditional white bard, our liver cream is distinguished by its subtle taste and its great appearance: it is also easy to slice.
To be enjoyed with crusty bread or on crakers, famous!
